What Does The Following MRI Report Mean?

my MRI report shows impression:1. diffuse annular disk bulge with mild right paracentral disk protrusion causing anterior thecal sac indentation, bilateral lateral recess narrowing leading to impingement over right traversing nerve roots 2.Reversal of cervical lordosis. 3.small posterior disk osteophyte complexes causing anterior thecal sac indentation with no significant canal stenosis / compressive myelopathic changes please suggest treatment for this
