Hi,i have pain in my soine since 3 years.my mri reports says that-disc desiccation with paracentral disc protrusion and cadual migration intending thecal sac and right exiting nerve roots. Please tell me what does it mean. And what is the treatment. Thanks
Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic. This is indicating significant protrusion of vertebral disc and there is compression of nerve root so this is obvious cause of your symptoms. At this point the best solution would be surgery but physical therapy may be beneficial for some short time. I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
