General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You seem to have vertigo with acute exacerbation. In such time you should take bed rest. Take your Bertin pills as advised. Mostly it would reduce within 3 days. If not you have to see your doctor to change your dose or medication.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
