Hi Dr, I am N Maheswaran. 6 months before i was experienced low back pain and pain in my right foot with tingling and numbness. I suggested for MRI. MRI results are 1. Mild straightening of spinal curvature seen. 2. Small anterior osteophytes seen at l3, l4, l5. Evidence of spina bifida at l5. 3. Dissecative disc changes and reduced disc height at l5-s1. 4. Concentric disc bulge at l4-l5 indenting thecal sac causing mild bilateral neural foramina compromise. 5. Diffuse disc bulge with posterior annular tear and postero central extrusion at l5-s1 compressing anterior epidural fat without nerve root compression and neural foramina compromise. MRI impression Mild spondylotic changes with * Diffuse disc bulge with posterior annular tear and postero central extrusion at l5-s1 compressing anterior epidural fat without nerve root compression and neural foramina compromise Is anything serious. Pls help
