What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

I have had a Mir scan of the brain because I had a black out but didn t collapse and have headaches everyday I also have an uneven pupil dilation and I am very very tired, my work is a desk job but I still come home and have to have a sleep for an hour can you please tell me what you think maybe the problem my white cell count is always above normal, the below is the results of my Mir can you please explain this result and is it anything to cause concern Thanks. Sheryl MRI Brain No previous. Indication: Headaches for 8 months, query mass or other cause. Technique: STIR sagittal, T2w axial and coronal, FLAIR axial, T2* GRE axial, DWI. Findings: Cerebral volume and grey/white matter differentiation are preserved. No acute intra-or extra-axial haemorrhage, acute infarct, mass, mass-effect, midline shift, herniation or abnormal extra-axial fluid collection is visualized. The ventricles, basal cisterns and subarachnoid spaces are unremarkable. The corpus callosum, basal ganglia, brain stem and cerebellum appear normal. Pituitary fossa and cavernous sinuses are intact. The cranial nerves are unremarkable. The meninges appear normal. No abnormality is shown in the skull base, paranasal sinuses, orbits and petrous temporal bones. There is minimal mucosal thickening involving ethmoid air cells and extending to the frontal and sphenoid sinuses. No fluid levels. Tiny mucosal cyst within right maxillary antrum. The vascular structures, including the basilar artery show normal flow voids. Sagittal large FOV STIR demonstrates moderate bicervical adenopathy, as can be seen following a dental procedure. ?Possible cause of headaches. Impression: Negative brain. ?Dental pathology.
