Mild diifuse bulge of L$- L% and L%-S1 intervertebal discs causing mild indentation of thecal sac, mild narrowing of bilateral recesses and neural foramina. Incidnentally detected cervical spine straightening with right paracentral prolapse of c5-c6 and left paracentral prolapse of c6-c7 intervetebral discs causing mild spinal cord compression. You need to take complete bed rest and keep the hard mattress for at least 2 weeks. Physiotherapy for lumbosacral spine may help. For pain, you can take the voveran tablet. Apart from this, I suggest you to visit a neurologist. His opinion is needed as well.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
