General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that You have lordosis of the spine. Other changes are age specific. No nerve compression. Sacroiliitis may be a cofactor in pain but definitely, it is not the main cause as you have to take painkillers every 6 hours. Did you have a CT scan of your waist and hip done.? That may provide more clues to a definite cause. Is there any swelling at the local site? Painkillers would definitely be fine along with some camouflage antibiotics till it is definitely diagnosed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
