had an Mri left shoulder. conclusion in the report states Mild Ac joint arthropathy. Mild narrowing of the anterolateral subacromanial space. mild subacromianial bursitis. mild supra and infraspinatus insertional tendonitis. What does all this mean and what eould treatment be?
sorry to hear about your shoulder problems. According to this MRI you seem to have mild bursitis, that is inflammation of the small fluid-filled sacs in the shoulder joint. A typical wear and tear condition. Treatment consists of conservative measures like: avoiding activity that irritates or worsens the condition, applying ice packs and resting the sore area and taking over the counter analgesics like Advil.
I hope this answered your questions. Wishing you all the best
