What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

Hi Dr. I have an mri and say that i have 2 big mass 5.7 and 4.7 the imoression : bilateral large adnexal/ ovarian cyst lession with internal papillary projection/ nodularity/ soft tissue elements, trace of billateral adnexal fluid. My obgyn send me with and specialis obgyn oncologist. How bad is this? Thank you

rightly you have consulted gyne and ob specialist since they have advised oncologist to be consulted then you have to do that.after consultation with report you can consult gyneic specialist again.
