What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

My MRI report says L4-5 disc dessication,pisterocentral protrusion with annular tear indenting thecal sac and touching the traversing L5 nerve root L5-S1disc dessication with posterocentral protrusion touching the right traversing S1 nerve root What type of treatment should I take is this problem can be completely overcome

get examined by neurosurgeon who after examination can advise on treatment including surgery. surgery in this case is essential .till then use hard bed and avoid bending and lifting heavy weight.
