What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

Hi my mum is 75y old and her MRI showed a brain involutional changes, plus a bilateral fronoparietal periventicular arteriolosclerotic leucoencephalopathy with multiple lucunar infarcts. I have no clue what does it mean and does it mean that we are loosing her or she s getting into elzehimer for example? Thanks in advance for your reply

This arteriosclerotic leukoencephalopathy may see in small vessels vascular dementia. It is a type of dementia.

Please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat her the risk factors and advice low-fat diet with blood pressure control.
