What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

please explain, in the vernacular, the following ... there is joint space narrowing,subcortical sclerosis and cystic degenerative change about the left hip. minimal spurring is noted superolaterally off the femoral head-neck juncture. no acute fracture is seen. no acute osseous abnormality.

It is just an age related change.
There is no fracture or significant arthritic changes also.
Generally no definite treatment is required.
If you are symptomatic you can seek second opinion from an orthopaedician.
