General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.

Indeed that needs a Neurosurgeon consult but in this situation usually surgery is preferred, first they may try to give you an injection to relieve inflammation but if that doesn't help much then protruding discs are usually removed surgically that greatly relieved symptoms. Here i want to mention that cervical spins is a very serious thing complication in surgery can be very dangerous so doctors are usually very careful before doing any heroic thing.

I hope this answered your question, If you have more queries I am happy to answer you.
Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad
