What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

My Mri report talks of multiple cysts, about 1.3 cm in the wrist. There also is a polycystic, and a cyst in the bone marrow. Exactly what does all of this mean? I suffer from lupus and sjogren s. multiple cysts in elbow joint, with a cyst in the marrow of the boo n e. What does this mean?

get examined by orthopaedic surgeon and surgery may be done as per their advise. if it is neuro fibroma then no surgery is requered just crepe bandage can be used.take second opinion from-surgeon.
