Hi, I would like to know what the clinical significance of the following is (I am a 39 year old female presenting with head tremors - No No movement). MRI showed bilateral cerebral and cerebllar mild cortical neuronal volume loss with white matter small vessel angiopathy. The ventricals and Extra axial CSF spaces are mildly prominent and symmetric without midline shift.
There are some minor anomalies in your brain. Most probably it will be a congenital problem. Some of the brain matter is missing and it might be the cause for your symptoms.
Consult a neurosurgeon and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
