General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Treatment of spinal stenosis for pain management could be:

- Relief from inflammation (Ibuprofen/steroid injection insubdural space)
- Weight reduction by regular exercises.Weight reduction is also essential before doing surgical treatment.
- Physiotherapy
- Surgery
- Oxycodone ,Gabapentine groups of medicines if nothing helps.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
