The left omg/infudibular complex is completely obscured by left sided mucoperiosteal proliferation with several left maxillary sinus mucoperiosteal thickening and air fluid level unilaterally more prominent left sphenoid sinus moderate to several mucoperiosteal thickening and left sphenoid sinus air fluid level

Hi,

This MRI report is describing a sinus infection in both your left maxillary and left sphenoid sinuses. The periosteum is the top covering of the bone and the mucus are the secretions and pus of the periosteum.
