General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Gliosis plus hypodense and hyperdense things are suggestive of hypertrophy and atrophy of glial cells that occurs due to necrosis of glial cells. So, it is a little bit alarming situation. You can even go to neurophysician and developmental delay is also associated with this problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirav Nimavat
