MY MRI REPORT SAYS: diffuse disc bulge with prosterocentral annular tear is seen at L3-4 level intending ventral thecal sac, causing narrowing of bilateral lateral ressesses and mild intentation ofbilateral traversing nurve root diffuse disc bulge with prosterocentral & bilateral pracentral disc protrusion (R L) is seeing at L4-5 level compression ventral thecal sac causing narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses (R L) and compression of bilateral traversing nurve root (R L) Central spinal canal measures approx 6.8 mm in maximum AP diameter
There is severe disc bulge in the spine. As a first line management you can take analgesics for pain relief. It symptoms persist surgical correction may be required.
