Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Periventricular white matter high signal may be due to normal changes with ageing or multiple infracts that involves white matter or multiple sclerosis.

According to history and clinical examination findings will treat this condition.

Mucosal cyst in sinuses is nothing to worry it is simple retention cyst which is asymptomatic in most of the people but in few people, it may lead to sinus pain, headache and tingling.

If you have the above symptoms please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
