What Does The Following MRI Result Indicate?

Hi, I fell with an outstretched arm 4 months ago. Just had an mri as the pain is severe when I reach or put my hand behind my back. The results are supraspinutus calcific teninopathy with low grade bursal surface partial tear at the footprint. What does this mean and can a fall cause the problem?

Thank you
