What Does The Following MRI Result Indicate?

I received MRI results, which stated...4mm non-specific T2 hyperintensity in the left frontoparietal subcortex. I also have a 2.3 mm syrinx at C7 level (It has been there for at least 5 years. It remained even after Chiari decompression surgery.) What does the part concerning the 4mm T2 mean? Could
the syrinx be causing BP issues (going up and down), burning sensations (different areas of legs and body) and dizziness.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The symptoms does not much related to the lesion mentioned in the intracranial.
2.If the syrinx is there for years, symptoms are not related to that, and not generally seen at lower limbs.
3.T2 means it is a sequence in which fluids and CSF are seen as white called hyper-intensity.
4.It could be small vessel ischemic changes with are seen as age related or in hypertensive conditions.
5.For the symptoms i would suggest to get a lumbar spine MRI, and vascular study for further evaluation.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
