What Does The Following MRI Result Mean? The Intervertebral Discs,

What does the following MRI result mean?
The intervertebral discs, pedicles, laminae, transverse and spinous processes and facet joints are unremarkable. There is heterogeneity of the marrow signal involving the thoracic spine.
The pre and paraspinal soft tissues are unremarkable.
There are laminectomy defects and post-surgical changes in the adjacent soft tissues at L4 and L5 levels.
The visualized spinal cord show normal size and signal intensity. Conus medullaris ends at T12-L1 interspace. Cauda equina is not thickened. There is no evidence of cord compression.
T12-L1 and L1-L2 shows no disc herniation with adequate canals.
L2-L3 shows broad-based disc bulge with mild indentation of the ventral thecal sac.
L3-L4 shows disc desiccation with mild broad-based disk herniation resulting to mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. The spinal canal is adequate in dimension.
L4-L5 shows diffuse disc bulge indenting the ventral thecal sac, with combined facet hypertrophy resulting to mild bilateral neural foramina narrowing. The spinal canal is adequate in dimension.
L5-S1 unremarkable
Vertebral height is intact with heterogeneous marrow signal. Intact cortical endplates. Clear paravertebral spaces.

Above are results of yesterday's MRI after his 3 spine surgeries at L4-L5; L2-L3
