What Does The Following MRI Result Of A Teenager Indicate?
I have a 16 year old daughter she has had a MRI it shows a particaly missed sella and was diagnosed with a phantom toumer had a lumber puncture and her spinal pressure was at a 23 they have her on diamox should I also take her to a endurcornogist the neurologist has not said anything about that she has a bad headache and blurred vision in left eye vision is 20/25 what else can be done for headache

Yes there might well be hormonal issues in this problem i would suggest you to consider a few things. 1) Her height. 2) Secondary sexual characters. 3) Over or under weight. 4) Unusual hair distribution. 5) Abnormal blood pressures. 6) Disturbed periods. 7) Lethargy.
If there is anything present you should consider visiting endocrinologist.
