Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a disc between the vertebral bodies - due to the wear and tear or hard working conditions, there will be loss of hydration in disc.
2.Your report suggest there are degenerative disc disease seen with bulge causing the central canal stenosis.
3.There is osteophytes - bony outgrowth which is seen in spine with spondylosis.
4.There is joint hypertrophy seen - intervertebral facet joint with out significant spinal narrowing.
5.In this case the treatment will be exercises / physiotherapy if no relief operative / interventional treatment is indicated.

Good luck.
