IMPRESSION : - Negative for intraepithelial lesion / malignancy. - Fungal organisms morphologically consistent with Candida spp.

welcome to hcm your pap smear was assessed for any cancer etc and this report suggests that there is no problem but on report as fungus was noted which is candida .it is a common cause you need antifungal treatment as itraconazole tab one tab two times plus clotrimazolevaginal tablets one tab inserted high up in vagina for 12 days if you have any further query then you come back to hcm i will definitely help you with regards dr varinder joshi
