Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
There is gross hydronephrosis (fluid collection and dilation) on the left side and minimal changes on right side. There is a chance for some abnormalities in the fetal urinary system, like posterior urethral valve or VUR. Do a frequent followup and check whether the diameter is coming down or not. Up to 10 mm is normal and if the problem persist even after birth, then surgical correction may be needed. Consult a pediatric surgeon immediately after birth.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks.
