I have undergone a TMT and report says positive for provocable myocardial ischaemia with good exercise tolerance. It says patient exercised according to the Bruce for 8:31 min achieving a work level of max METS: 10.10. The resulting heart rate of 75 bpm rose to a maximal heart rate of 151 bpm. This value represents 85% of the maximal, age predicted heart rate. The resulting bp of 120/80 mmHg, rose to a max bp of 134/80 mmHg. Exercise stopped due to target heart rate achieved.
