Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Your TMT report shows that after exercise your cardiac muscle is not getting sufficient blood supply due to a block to blood vessels that go to the myocardium. So it termed as a inducible ischemia.

So you may need echocardiogram and angiogram. Please consult your Cardiologist, he will examine and treat you according to your block.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
