What Does The Following TVS Report Suggest?

My last menstruation was dated November 14. I have a boyfriend and we are sexually active. I have a regular menstrual cycle but for the month of December up until now, I haven t got my period yet. I have been experiencing symptoms of PMS but still no period. I underwent TVS and this is the result, it says both ovaries are lined by multiple immature follicles along the periphery . What does it mean?

Hi, I think you have a PCO problem. In this ovulation doesn't happen and your periods get delayed due to that. Many treatments are available. Consult a gynecologist. Hope I have answered your question.
