IS THIS A SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEM WITH XRAY STATE LIKE THIS: Faint nodular opacity is noted at the right apex. The rest of the lung fields are clear. The heart is not enlarged. The pulmonary vessels are within normal limits. The trachea is in the midline. Both hemidiaphragms are distinct. The osseous thoracic cage reveals no significant bony abnormality. Conclusion: FAINT NODULAR OPACITY, RIGHT APEX * Suggest LORDOTIC VIEW of the chest.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hi,
You have a nodular density mass on right upper lung. Now as per advise, you must undergo another view i.e., lordotic view to see density from another angle. Usually HRCT chest is also advised in such case.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi, General & Family Physician
