Hi, I have back pain ( little always ) sometime severe. Have got some test done and reports says MRI : At L4-5, left foraminal extrusion compresses the left exiting L4 nerve root. At L5-S1, posterocentral extrusion abuts the traversing S1 root nerve. X ray There is grade 1 retrolisthesis of L4 over L5 conspicuous on the extension View. and some Blood test results : Basophils Absolute : 0 10 (power3)/ul ESR - 16 mmin 1 hrs Serum CRP 3.030 mg/ gl have only mentioned those values where I could see abnormal results : My question is : is there any cure for this Back pain. I have been suggested surgery or a cortisol inhjection with physiotherapy by one corporate hospital . what do you suggest.. what should be the right line of treatment.. also would like to mention that I some time have joint poins in hand (elbow) ,finger, and knee. will be thankful if you can guide me.. Regards SR
