What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Doc,good day. We took our annual physical exam just a recent day ago.. My xray result showed suspicious infiltrates noted in the right upper lobe partly obscurred by bony thorax. I was suggest to undergo apicolordotic view. I am so worried about. I take apicolordotic xray immediately the same day,and the result stated that my lungs are clear. do I need to worry or it s just show that my I have no lung problem at all?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

While it's quite reassuring that the lordotic view is clear. And it is very unlikely that anything gross in the apex would be missed by a lordotic view. Howe'ver the gross difference in two reports, I would suggest getting another opinion to be sure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
