What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Last week I had a chest X ray to check for pneumonia. The Dr said no pneumonia but there was blockage on X-ray and he sent me to pulmonary Dr. The X-ray showed mild crowding of the perihilar and basilar lung markings due to shallow inspiration What does this mean?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
It means the internal tissue of your lungs is crowded on xray as you have not taken a deep breath. A deep inspiration can result in proper separation of the alveoli. It is not of much significance unless you have impaired Lung function tests on spirometry which measures lung volume and lung's capacity to expand on inhalation along with other such parameters.
Hope this resolves your query. Thank you.
