What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?
Hello, Normal Prostate vol is 25 cubic mm and post void residue less than 50 ml is normal. Since you don t have any obstructive uropathy, 5-α-reductase inhibitors (5ARIs) like Finasteride or Dutasteride can be used. 5ARIs is thought to treat the static aspect of BPH by reducing prostate volume. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Tushar Kanti Biswas, Internal Medicine Specialist
