What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

hi,, this is my x-ray result. there is significant decrease in the hazy densities in the right upper lobe, infiltrates that were previously ascribed to koch s etiology of undetermined activity iv under go medications for PTB for 6 motths in planning go abroad now. is my result ok? do i need another x-ray?

sputum should be tasted for AFB. if negative then there is improvement .dot treatment is the best since total course is taken and regularity is watched regularity is more important.
