There is possible subtle asymmetric patchy opacity in the left lower lung that could be artifactual in etiology, related to superimposition of opacities, or represent focus of airspace disease. This may correspond to slightly irregular patchy lower lobe opacity on the lateral view
get sputum done for AFB.consult pulmunologist for examination of lungfield to rule out TB. he can examine for other signs and symptoms of pulmonary tuber tuberculosis evening rise of temperature and loss of weight.
