What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?
Hi doctor I am couhing since1 week now yesterday i made chest Xray and this is the report : Findings: * Bilateral basal lung marking accentuation * Bilateral costophrenic angles are clear. * No obvious signs of pleural effusion or pneumothorax seen. * Trachea is central. Bilateral hila appear normal in size, contour. * Cardiac silhouette appears normal. * Both domes of diaphragm appear normal. * Visualized bones and soft tissues appear normal. IMPRESSION: Bilateral basal lung marking accentuation . What does it mean

Your clinical correlation needed for accentuated marking. If you are clinically asymptomatic than no need to worry.
Smoking also can lead such presentation. If you are Symptomatic means a cough, dyspnea like symptoms present than spirometry needed. I suggest you consult a pulmonologist for chest evaluation.
