Narrative [HST]: left bicep/ doi 3-17-17 EXAM: ELBOW 2 VIEWS /L, 4/12/2017 9:29 AM COMPARISON: Left humerus 3/17/2017 HISTORY: left bicep/ doi 3-17-17 FINDINGS: A small exostosis is noted arising from the medial aspect of the distal humerus with an adjacent small well-corticated calcification, this is unchanged. There is a prominent spur arising from the posterior aspect of the olecranon consistent with degenerative change. No acute fracture is seen. What do these findings mean in Laymans terms and how is this problem fixed?
