Suspicious densities are seen in the RIGHT upper lung. Oblique linear densities are noted in the LEFT lung base. The pulmonary markings are within normal limits. The cardiac shadow is not enlarged. The diaphragm, BOTH lateral costophrenic sulci and the bony thorax are unremarkable. Impression: Ancillary apicolordotic view is suggested to further evaluate the suspicious densities in the RIGHT upper lobe. Parenchymal fibrosis or subsegmental atelectasis, LEFT.
