According to the result of my x-ray. hazy densities are seen in the left mid lung field. Suspicious opacities are noted in the right upper libe. Heart is not enlarged. Both diaphragms and sulci are intact. IMPRESSION: PNEUMONIA, LEFT. SUSPICIOUS RIGHT UPPER LUNG DENSITIES, ALV SUGGESTED.

Are you getting cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulty, yellowish sputum, or any other lungs related symptoms. I am asking this because, depending upon that diagnosis may vary. As far as your x-ray report, it shows white opacities and rest of the features are normal. This picture is normally seen in case of pneumonia, which is a infection of lungs. It can be due to many kind of organisms. You can't neglect this, you have consult your physician and start treatment accordingly, which will mainly consist antibiotics.
