What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

HI im 23 yrs.old i want to know the result of my xray yesterday.,can you please interpret this result. Fibronodular densities are seen the right upper lobe. and can you please tell me the reason why i have those kind of result and where did i got it.. thanks

such densities usually represent old or ongoing infections. since u didnt mention why you went for xray, i will assume that you might have an ongoing infection.
