What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Hello Doctor, I work in china current and a do workout most at times. I went for my physical check and health check in shanghai, china and one of the results say: No active lessons in both lungs. Mild enlargement of the cardiac shadow is noted. Please what does that mean? Thanks you.

you have not mentioned your age or other associated disease so it is difficult to comment. the report says that your heart appears enlarged.
if you suffer from hypertension or any associated disease, you should consult your cardiologist and get en echocardiogram done.
