What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Hi Doc. i got a problem regarding my X- ray results: My lungs; Suspicious opacities are seen in the lung apices, projected onto the osseous structures. My heart is not enlarged. My trachea is midline. My costophrenic angles and hemidiaphragms are intact. My osseous structures and soft tissues are unremarkable. What should i do?

your trachea is midline . .costophrenic angles are clear .and heart shadow is normal .you have upper lobe opacities ...and if your blood tests are normal and your are not having any symptom...then those opacities may be shadow of healed past infections ...please ignore the opacities as they will persist ...but if you have some symptoms as fever cough or breathing problem then you should go for lab tests and of test are normal then go for CT scan chest ...
