What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

hello doc.last june 10,2017.findings hazy densities seen in the upper left lung .the doctor gave rimactazid take 2 capsules.after 1month 1capsule.and now in his 2 months of taking.the doctor requested for serology and hematology.and xray the result of xray is still the same.whats the best thing to do.thank you doc help us.

donot worry as the radiographic shadow take more time to clear
i have seen patients who have shadow present even after 6 months of treatment
patients may recover symtomatically and by sputum examination but the xray picture may remain
donot worry
with regards dr varinder joshi
