What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Can someone please help me and explain this to me ... we had an x ray taken of the lumbar spine for my mum and we saw unusual small white circles .. almost like tiny rings all over the back ..i took a picture of it and i dont know what it is. i cant find any sites with a similar problem . I am very confused and worried . If anyone knows what it could possibly be please contact me via email.

no one can comment without looking at the image. it can be anything form normal to abnormal. if the radiologist has issued the report then kindly share it.
