What Does The Following X-ray Result Indicate?

Is my x-ray results shows abnormalities? the trachea is midline.There is 8 x 8 convex density are seen at the left upper lung field.The right lung is clear.The cardiac shadow is not enlarged.The diaphram and costophreic. sulci are intact.The soft tissue and bony thorax are unremarkable.

The given chest x-ray report is suggestive of infection like tuberculosis, tumor, or healed fracture of the rib or clavicle which needs to be clinically correlated.
