General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

The findings on chest X ray must be that of old healed pulmonary Kochs.
Active Kochs generally appears as cavitatory lesion or ground glass opacities.Healed one appear fibrous lesion or nodularities. Also the present Xray needs to be compared with Xray of year 2013
You need to take the consultation from both radiologist and internal medicine specialist in this regard.
If you donot have fever, cough, loss of appetite and working normally there is less chance you have any active infection.
Maintain immunity and well being by adequate healthy diet, regular exercising.Dont skip meals.

Hope this information helps.
Feel free to ask any more doubt.
