What Does The Following XRAY Analysis Indicate?

Hi! I just had my chest x-ray and these are the findings. Suspicious densities noted in the left apex. There is some degree of pulmonary hyperaeration with flattened and depressed diaphragm at the level of the 11th ribs. Thoracic aorta is atheromatous. Should I be worried? Thanks so much!

In brief: Overaeration lungs
Hyperaeration means lungs contain larger amount of air than normally expected.
It has many causes.. In children can be seen with diseases causing air trapping such as bronchiolitis, asthma, cystic fibrosis, congenital heart disease, early aspiration, and metabolic acidosis. In adults airtrapping usually associated with asthma or COPD (emphysema) and other diffuse lung diseases. The suspicious densities in left apex can mean anything from the thickening of pleura -the coverings of lungs to space occupying lesions that may be sometimes lymph nodes and at other times may be tumorous growths. But nothing to worry as 90 % of Lung growths occur mainly in smokers.
