General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.com
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

The X-ray report looks almost normal and nothing serious to worry in it.
The radiologist made an impression of mild pleural effusion (presence of fluid between your lungs and chest wall),It need to be correlated clinically and generally requires no treatment unless she develops symptoms like breathlessness and chest pain.
Bronchovascular markings are slightly prominent-indicates nothing but mild infection in her lungs and it will revert back within few days with antibiotic treatment.
Hope this information helps.
Please feel free to contact if you have any further queries.

Regards.
